About the Author
Dr. Saul Larner is a noted and gifted published author and has developed self-help real estate and asset protection publications, including land trust forms. His passion to take others’ entrepreneurial spirits to the next level. He does this through easily digested materials and motivational strategies. He strongly believes that most doors can be unlocked as a land trust collaborator, leading to significant prosperity. His passion for helping others is deeply rooted in his life experiences. At the age of 8, he accompanied his grandfather Udel when he collected rents on his properties. This gave him his first taste that real estate has its conflicts, and he saw solutions to positively resolve these conflicts. In his 20s, he acquired several brownstone properties that were undergoing rehabilitation, and he learned the importance of asset protection. He was published by Fawcett World Library and Prentice Hall on the self-help platforms and appeared on talk shows. He later developed self-help courses, including the Mortgage Consultant and the Loan Counselor for Comvest, which were showcased on their national seminar circuit. His first self help book was featured in Bloomingdale’s in their flagship store in Manhattan.
He developed a self-help course for the Million Dollar Roundtable, now part of the American College, titled “How to Develop a Million Dollar Business,” for which he can document his recognition and award nominations, which rang loudly. He holds an MBA from Florida International University, with a specialty in real estate, and a Doctor of Business Administration (Ph.D.) from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, he has an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from St. Thomas University Graduate School of Law in Miami, Florida.
He entered the asset protection platform over 25 years ago. At that time, offshore trusts were in vogue and formed. When they became tainted following the Arthur Andersen scandal, he quickly realized that the United States’ asset protection structures offered even greater benefits. He has letters of reference from judges and senior partners of international law and accounting firms, and his speaking engagements, in conjunction with the highest-profile professionals in the U.S., are also available for review.
In his personal life, he is an Eagle Scout. That led him to naming his publishing company as “Be Prepared Publishers”. Furthermore, he is a 32nd-degree Mason with advancements to the Scottish Rite and the Shriners. He is grateful for the inspiration and joy he gets from his sparkling wife, Sunny. Additionally, he is proud that his children, Tracey and Jeremy, have achieved their goals on the business platform and that his grandchildren, Theodore and Michael, have demonstrated at an early age that “apples don’t fall far from the tree”.
His best hobby is seeing his grandchildren, not having reached their teens are proficient chess players and wizards in math. He is proud of his grandchildren as you are of your children and grandchildren also. He is an award winning photographer, has an international art stamp collection and participates in spiritual and charitable events.
